CENTRAL ISLIP, NY - The University of the District of Columbia men’s and women’s tennis teams were each announced recipients of the East Coast Conference Academic Team of Excellence Award for the 2015-16 academic year.

CENTRAL ISLIP, NY – The University of the District of Columbia’s Rok Bozic was named Men’s Tennis Second Team All-East Coast Conference as voted on by the league’s head coaches.

Diego Pinto teamed with Rok Bozic for an exciting 9-7 No. 2 doubles win.
No. 3 Seeded Firebirds Bow Out with 5-1 Semifinal Loss to No. 2 Queens

FLUSHING, NY – The University of the District of Columbia men’s tennis team was defeated, 5-1 by tournament host and No. 2 seed Queens College in East Coast Conference Tournament semifinal action Friday afternoon.

Feligioni earned wins at No. 2 doubles and No. 4 singles.
Firebirds Pick up Pivotal 6-3 Win at Roberts Wesleyan; Earn No. 3 Seed in ECC Tournament

ROCHESTER, NY – The University of the District of Columbia men’s tennis team picked up a pivotal, 6-3 win in its regular season finale vs. East Coast Conference foe Roberts Wesleyan on Saturday. With the victory, UDC avoids a three-way tie for 3rd place in the league standings, and, instead, earns the No. 3 seed in the Championship Tournament outright.

Alexis Baguelin earned victories at No. 1 doubles and No. 4 singles.

WASHINGTON, DC – The University of the District of Columbia men’s tennis teamed earned a 6-3 triumph over East Coast Conference foe St. Thomas Aquinas on a beautiful Friday afternoon for the Firebirds’ home season finale at UDC Tennis Courts.

ARLINGTON, VA – The University of the District of Columbia men’s tennis team was defeated, 7-2 by Queens College in East Coast Conference action on Saturday, April 9th at the Arlington YMCA Tennis & Squash Center.

WASHINGTON, DC – The University of the District of Columbia men’s tennis team swept all three doubles matches and all six singles matches for a 9-0 shutout win vs. East Coast Conference foe Daemen College on Friday afternoon at UDC Tennis Courts.

Ander Murillo competed at No. 3 singles and doubles.

PHILADELPHIA – The University of the District of Columbia men’s tennis team earned a decisive, 8-1 victory over regional foe Philadelphia University on Friday afternoon.

Alexis Baguelin battled to win his No. 3 singles match, 6-1, 3-6, 6-1.

WASHINGTON, DC – Tied 4-4 with the final singles match yet to be completed, the University of the District of Columbia men’s tennis team was ultimately edged, 5-4 by cross town Division I rival Howard University on a beautiful Wednesday afternoon at UDC Tennis Courts.

Marco Feligioni won his No. 5 singles match and teamed up with Josip Marinic for a No. 3 doubles win.

MONTCLAIR, VA – Sophomore Rok Bozic earned a stunning singles victory at No. 1 singles, but it was the only victory on the day as the University of the District of Columbia men’s tennis team was defeated, 6-1 in an indoor match Friday afternoon at Montclair Country Club.
