WASHINGTON, DC – The University of the District of Columbia men’s tennis team earned a very impressive, 6-3 victory over East Coast Conference foe Queens College in a battle of two top-10 ranked teams in the East Region. The Firebirds also honored their three seniors, Miguel Uzcategui, Ike Kiro and Carlos Quiroga.

Due to expected inclement weather, the men’s and women’s tennis matches at Chestnut Hill originally scheduled for Friday have been postponed to Tuesday, April 15th at 1 p.m. Also, to avoid the impending storm, Saturday’s men’s tennis match against St. Thomas Aquinas will be played indoors at the Arlington YMCA Tennis & Squash Center at 12:30 p.m.
