UDC Men’s Tennis Falls to Jefferson University 5-2

Philadelphia, Pa. -The University of the District of Columbia (UDC) men’s tennis team was defeated 5-2 by Jefferson University in a competitive non-conference match on Sunday. Despite winning two of three doubles matches, the Firebirds were unable to carry the momentum into singles play, dropping their season record to 1-1.

Despite dropping two of the three doubles matches, the Firebirds dominated singles play, claiming five of the six singles matches to secure the victory.
