Natalia Perkins Earns ECC Defensive Player of the Week Honors

Washington, DC - UDC Women's Lacrosse junior goalkeeper Natalia Perkins was named this week's ECC Defensive Player of the Week for her performance against Felician University. Jada Williams and Michelle Mitchell were also named to the Honor Roll. 

Perkins made 24 saves vs. just 13 goals allowed for a 64.9 save percentage in District of Columbia's 13-9 loss to Felician in the season opener. 

Williams posted a team-high five points, on a hat track and two assists in the Firebirds' 13-9 loss to Felician. The UDC senior added four draw controls. 

Mitchell posted four points on a hat trick and an assist in the Firebirds' 13-9 loss to Felician.
