A 2019 graduate of the University of the District of Columbia, Brusamolin played three seasons as goalkeeper for the Division II Firebirds from 2016-19. He appeared in 37 career games while making 25 starts and totaling an 11-15-1 record with a 1.90 goals against average. He finished with 74 saves, five shutouts and a .583 saves percentage.

Brusamolin posted his best season as a junior in 2017, playing in 17 games with 12 starts and posting an 8-5 record with a 1.49 GAA, three shutouts and a .627 saves percentage as UDC went 15-7 and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Division II Men's Soccer Championship. After being picked to finish sixth in the East Coast Conference Preseason Poll, the Firebirds advanced to the conference championship game before falling to No. 5 LIU Post.

As a senior, Brusamolin appeared in 12 games while making eight starts as UDC received the highest-ever national ranking in program history when the Firebirds were ranked at No. 16 in the United Soccer Coaches Top 25 Poll.

In addition to his playing experience at UDC, Brusamolin has played for the West Virginia Chaos and Evergreen Football Club in the USL League Two premier development league. He also played for the Limerick Football Club in Limerick, Ireland of the League of Ireland Second Division and Santaritense Futebol Clube in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

Brusamolin served as the goalkeeper coach at UDC this past spring and has served as the technical director for the District of Columbia Youth Futbol Club since March 2017. He was also an assistant coach for DC Stoddert in Washington, D.C., coaching college players and U17 goalkeepers, as well as Santaritense Futebol Clube, coaching U15 and U17 goalkeepers in the Brazilian League.

Brusamolin, who speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish, was a research assistant for the Center for Biomechanical and Rehabilitation Laboratory while at UDC. He was also a recipient of the Lockheed Martin Fellowship for the Department of Electrical Engineering and Xerox Research Fellowship for the Center for Biomechanical and Rehabilitation Laboratory.
