Giovanni Llamas Earns ECC Rookie of the Week

Washington, D.C- In the final ECC weekly report sheet, Giovanni Llamas was named the Rookie of the Week for his performance in the final two games of the regular season. Isaiah Daniel was also named to the Honor Roll. 

Llamas went 1-0-1 in goal on the week, making 13 saves and allowing only one goal. Llamas posted his second clean sheet of the season against East Stroudsburg, making nine saves. In UDC's 2-1 win over Staten Island, he made four key saves to help the Firebirds earn the No. 6 seed for the playoffs. 

Daniel scored the game-winning goal in the Firebirds' 2-1 win over Staten Island to secure the No. 6 seed for the playoffs.
