UDC Men's Soccer Falls to Frostburg State in Away Match

Frostburg, Md.-The University of the District of Columbia men's soccer team faced a tough defeat against Frostburg State University Wednesday evening, at Bobcat Stadium. Despite a valiant effort, the Firebirds were unable to score, falling 3-0 to the Bobcats.

Game Recap:

The Firebirds started strong but struggled to find their rhythm against the aggressive Frostburg State side. The Bobcats opened the scoring in the 12th minute with a goal from Hugo Portillo, assisted by Mateo Cuadros. Portillo struck again in the 59th minute, extending Frostburg's lead to 2-0 with an assist from Andrew Denard. Caleb Dell sealed the victory for the Bobcats with a third goal in the 64th minute, assisted once more by Cuadros.
