UDC’s Louis Connor and Felix Angerer Earn NSCAA All-Region Honors

KANSAS CITY, MO – Junior goalkeeper Louis Connor and sophomore forward Felix Angerer were named 2nd and 3rd Team NSCAA/Continental Tire NCAA Division II Men’s All-East Region, respectively, it was announced on Wednesday, December 10th.
Four Firebirds Earn All-East Coast Conference Men’s Soccer Honors

CENTRAL ISLIP, NY – Sophomore forward Felix Angerer was named First Team All-East Coast Conference, sophomore midfielder Nenad Smiljanic and senior defender Atunde Akum were both named Second Team All-ECC, and junior goalkeeper Louis Connor was named Honorable Mention as the ECC league office announced the 2014 Men’s Soccer All-Conference awards as voted on by the league’s head coaches.

ARLINGTON, VA - Sophomore midfielder Hassirou Diakite one-timed a high, floating pass in the box by Felix Angerer and blasted a shot into the left corner of the net to break a 1-1 tie in the second half and send the Firebirds to a crucial, 2-1 East Coast Conference victory over Molloy on a rainy afternoon at Long Bridge Park.
