UDC Men's Tennis Falls to STAC in ECC Semi-final Match Up
FLUSHING, N.Y.- No.3 District of Columbia fell to #2 St Thomas Aquinas College 4-0, in the ECC Championship Semi-final round at the Queens College Tennis Bubble.
STAC picked uo the doubles point after winning 6-4 1at both the No.1 and 2 positions. The Spartans went on to pick up straight wins at No.3,5 and 4 to claim the victory and move on to the Finals.
The Firebirds are currently ranked 6th in the NCAA East Region Standings and will await the decision of the Tournament committee to see if they will compete in the post season.
