2011: Competed in three meets, including the East Coast Conference Championships...she ran her personal best 5K time at ECC's (25:30), besting her previous time by 2:49.

High School: Mais is a 2009 graduate of St. Andrew High School where she participated in track and field… ran the 400m and 800m where she was coached by Mr. Bolt.
