UDC Competes in Cappy Anderson Invitational

Princess Anne, MD: September 12, 2009 Sophomore runner Kaneesha Hollis (Centreville, MD) led the University of the District of Columbia Firebirds in competition at the University of Maryland Cappy Anderson Invitational on Saturday, September 12. Hollis finished in 63rd place with the time of 23:58.12. Freshman Famatta Lewis ( Camden, NJ) finished in 71st place with the time of 27:28.31.

UDC next competition will be at the HBCU Challenge in Cary, North Carolina on October 3, 2009.
