Firebirds Compete at East Coast Conference Cross Country Championship Meet

ROCHESTER, NY – The University of the District of Columbia women’s cross country team competed in the East Coast Conference Championship meet hosted by Roberts Wesleyan College on Saturday in Rochester, NY. The Firebirds finished with a team score of 239 and finished 9th overall.

Five Firebird Runners Crack Program’s All-Time Top-25 Times at Delaware State Farm Run

SMYRNA, DE – Five of the top six runners for University of the District of Columbia at the Delaware State Farm Run Invitational cracked the program’s top-25 all-time best times at the Smyrna, DE course this past Saturday. The Firebirds finished 7th with a team score of 197.
UDC Women’s Cross Country Show Improvement at Cappy Anderson Invitational

PRINCESS ANNE, MD – The University of the District of Columbia women’s cross country team competed in the Cappy Anderson Invitational hosted by University of Maryland Eastern Shore on Saturday morning. Competing against five Division I schools and one other Division II school, the Firebirds placed 7th of seven teams with a team total score of 162.

SMYRNA, DE – The University of the District of Columbia women’s cross country team opened its season by competing in the Delaware State Hornet Invitational Saturday morning. The Firebirds finished with a team score of 172 and placed 7th of seven teams.
