UDC Women's Cross-country Team Competes in Towson Invitational

Hunt Valley, MD: September 25, 2010-- The University of the District of Columbia Women's Cross-country Team competed in the Towson State University Invitational today, in Hunt Valley, Maryland at the Oregon Ridge Park Course. Junior Kaneesha Hollis (Criminal Justice-Centreville, MD) was the top UDC finisher in the 5k race, coming in at 23:02.20 minutes. UDC finished in 7th place overall.
Women’s Cross-Country Competes in Sea Gull Invitational

Salisbury, MD: September 4, 2010—The University of the District of Columbia Firebirds Women’s Cross-country Team was among twelve teams competing at the Salisbury State University Sea Gull Invitational in Salisbury, Maryland, today. The Firebirds finished 8th overall in the event.
UDC Announces Fall Sports Schedules

Washington, DC: July 22, 2010—The University of the District of Columbia, today, released its 2010 fall sports schedules. The seasons officially get underway on September 2, when the Firebirds Women’s Volleyball Team hosts the Virginia Union University Panthers, at home. Then the Men’s & Women’s Cross-country teams take to the course at the Salisbury State University Invitational in Salisbury, Maryland on September 4.
