UDC Women's Cross Country Team Concludes 2023 Season at the ECC Championships

ROCHESTER, N.Y.- the University of the District of Columbia's women's cross country team concluded their season at the East Conference Cross Country Championships, at Roberts Wesleyan University, Saturday afternoon.

The Firebirds placed 6th with 163 points, with everyone clocking in at personal bests. Their average time of 22:28.1 is the fastest in school history. 

Ayesha Jarrett was the first finisher for UDC, clocking in 21:02.2. Next up was Rainn Sheppard with a time of 21:54 and Chacoia Wilkes (22:06.2). 

Tukey Francis and Isatu Bah were the last two scorers clocking in at 23:38.3 and 23:39.6.
