UDC Women's Cross Country Concludes Season with Personal Bests at the ECC Championship

ROCHERSTER, N.Y.- The University of the District of Columbia's women's cross country team concluded it's Fall season at the ECC Championship on Saturday.

Ayesha Jarrett, crossed the line first for the Firebirds clocking in at a season best time of 21:42.2. Samantha Morrison, Tukey Francis and Dayna Thompson were up next, all running season/personal bests times of 24:32.0, 25:15.0 and 25:17.2. Janel Baxter and Isatu Bah were not far behind splitting 25:22.3 and 25:34.6. 

This marked the best performance for the Firebirds as a team all season and the first meet that all student-athletes clockedin under 26 minutes.
