Jarrett Pace Firebirds With a PR Performance at the Don Catchcart Invitational

SALISBURY, MD- The University of the District of Columbia's women's cross country team competed in their second 6k of the season at the Don Cathcart Invitational.

Despite cold/rainy weather conditions, Ayesha Jarrett ran a personal best time of 25:51.9 to place 36 out of 85 runners and cross the finish line first for the Firebirds. Next up was Samantha Morrison and Chacoia Wilkes who also ran PR's with Morrison clocking in at 28:51.3 and Wilkes at 29:15.1.

Isatu Bah shaved off almost four minutes off of her time, running 29:40.0.

Next up, UDC is back in Baltimore next Saturday to compete at Goucher College.
