Firebirds Compete in First 6k of the Season at Salisbury University

SALISBURY, MD- The University of the District of Columbia's women;'s cross country team competed at the Salisbury Fall Classic, Saturday morning at Winter Place Park.

Ayesha Jarrett crossed the finish line first for UDC, with a time of 26:54.4, which is just a minute shy of her PR. Janel Baxter and Tukey Francis were next up for the Firebirds running, 30:44.8 and 30:51.8.

UDC will take a week hiatus before heading to Delaware to compete at Goldey-Beacom College on Saturday, September 16th.
