UDC Women's Cross Country Competes at Goucher College in Season Opener

BALTIMORE, MD- The University of the District of Columbia's women's cross country team competed at Goucher college in their season opener, Friday evening.

The first finisher for the Firebirds was Ayesha Jarrett, who crossed the line clocking in at 23:33.6. Next up was Chacoia Wilkes with a time a of 26:20.5, who was immediately followed by teammate Tukey Francis, who in her collegiate debut ran a time of 26:26.8.

Not too far behind was Isatu Bah and Janel Baxter who clocked in at 26:31.4 and 27:23.6.

Next up UDC will compete in the Salisbury Cross Country invite in Maryland this Saturday the 3rd.
