2014: Competed in all five meets during the 2014 season...ran a season-best 21:49 to finish 27th at the Delaware State Invitational...was UDC's top finisher at the ECC Championship and 67th overall with a time of 22:44.
2013: Competed in five meets during the 2013 season...she ran a personal best at the East Coast Conference Championships with a time of 21:24.
High School: Kay attended Hempstead High School in Hempstead, NY. She took part in track and field and cross-country in high school.
