WASHINGTON, DC - Junior Marlena Wright hosts the 3rd episode of The Real MVP featuring her very own University of the District of Columbia women's cross country team.

Fans get an in-depth look at the Firebirds cross country team as Wright interviews head coach Alton McKenzie and several of the student-athletes and offers video footage of some of the team's workouts.
