Season: 4th

2014: Improved week-to-week as she competed in four of the five meets during the season leading up to a personal best of 21:41 at the Delaware State Invitational in her final performance.

2013: Competed in five meets during the 2013 season...she ran a season-best time of 22:37 at the LIU Post Invitational...also participated in the East Coast Conference Championships where she ran a 24:18.

2012: Took part in four meets in the 2012 season, including the East Coast Conference Championships...she ran a personal best of 22:00 in the DSU Hornet 5K invitational, bettering her previous best by a minute. 

High School: Attended Pelham Preparatory Academy where she competed in cross country and track… was coached by Yvonne Torrente and competed in the 100, 200, 400, long jump, and triple jumps… was named MVP for the 2011 indoor season and was tripled jump champion in the 2012 outdoor season.

Personal: Daughter of Russel and Vanessa Grant...has three brothers, Brandon (20), Christopher (24), and Russel Jr., also has one sister, Joy (31)… health education major with a career goal of becoming a personal trainer for elite athletes… hobbies include dancing and shopping… other sports she enjoys to watch or play are football, gymnastics, and swimming… favorite athletes are Allyson Felix and Muna Lee… favorite food is chicken and dumplings… favorite movie is The Hunger Games… favorite TV shows are Spongebob Squarepants and Family Guy… favorite music artist is Rihanna… favorite website is Instagram… favorite thing about UDC is the apartments… greatest athletic experience was experiencing running at international track meets… greatest athletic influences are Bryshon Nellum and Lolo Jones… most impressive person she has ever met is Vanessa Grant, her mother…gameday superstitious activity is to listen to music, sing and beat her head to the rhythm.
