Season: 4th

2015: The ECC Outdoor Track and Field Athlete of the Year...placed 1st in four events at the ECC's including the 100 & 200 Meters, where she earned a career best 12.18 and 25.06 respectively, and the 4x100 and 4x400 Relays...in addition, she placed second in Long Jump and Triple Jump, and went on to compete at the Penn Relays.

2014: In her second year on the team, Grant competed in 6 numerous individual and relay events for the Firebirds...on the individual side, Grant won the ECC title in the long jump with a jump of 17'5.5"...finished second at the ECC Championships in both the 100m and 200m...was a member of the historic 4x400 relay team that finished 4th at the NCAA National Championships...the relay team was also named to the All-American team and became the school's first ever event champion at the Colonial Relays and first relay team to win a Heat and advance to the Finals at Penn Relays.

2013: NCAA Championships participant in the 4x400M relay event, running the anchor leg...also helped the 4x400M and 4x100M relay teams to event championships at the East Coast Conference meet as well as First Team All-ECC honors...also placed 2nd at ECC's in the Triple Jump and 200M events and 3rd in the 100M.

High School: Attended Pelham Preparatory Academy where she competed in cross country and track… was coached by Yvonne Torrente and competed in the 100, 200, 400, long jump, and triple jumps… was named MVP for the 2011 indoor season and was tripled jump champion in the 2012 outdoor season.

Personal: Has three brothers, Brandon (19), Christopher (23), and Russel Jr., also has one sister, Joy (30)… health education major with a career goal of becoming a personal trainer… hobby is traveling… other sports she enjoys to watchor play are football and swimming… favorite athletes are Allyson Felix and Muna Lee… favorite food is chicken and dumplings… favorite movie is The Hunger Games… favorite TV shows are Love and Hip Hop and Family Guy… favorite music artist is Rihanna… favorite website is Instagram… favorite thing about UDC is the apartments… greatest athletic experience was experiencing running at international track meets… greatest athletic influences are Bryshon Nellum and Lolo Jones… most impressive person she has ever met is Vanessa Grant, her mother…gameday superstitious activity is random dancing or head knocking to get rid of any nerves or thinking too much about the event.
