Season: 3rd

2014: After a very succesful indoor season, Benjamin had another great outdoor season...was named an USSTFCCCA Academic All-American for the second year in a row...was a member of the 4x400m relay team that won the ECC title and competed at the NCAA National Championships, finishing fourth in the country in Division II...Benjamin and the rest of the realy team were also named to the All-American team and became the school's first ever event champion at the Colonial Relays and first relay team to win a Heat and advance to the Finals at Penn Relays...also claimed an individual ECC title in the 400m.

2013: USSTFCCCA Academic All-American...member of the 4x400M relay team that earned a berth in the NCAA Outdoor Championships meet with a season-best 3:45.64s time at the Virginia Challenge...also helped the 4x400M relay team to an event championship at the ECC Championships meet and placed 2nd individually in the 400M sprint with a season-best time of 57.27s...First Team All-ECC in the 4x400M relay and 400M sprint.

High School: Attended Phillip Randolph HS and competed in track & field … ran the 200, 300, and 400 meter dashes… was the 2010 Manhattan Borough 300 meter indoor champion, as well as the 2010 Manhattan Borough outdoor champion in the 400.

College: Attended York College in Queens, NY in the spring of 2012.

Personal: Daughter of Patrick and Esther Benjamin… has two brothers, Jamel and Javrey and one sister, Jeavon… hobbies include listening to music, traveling, and watching TV… favorite athletes are tennis greats Venus and Serena Williams… favorite movie is Matilda… favorite TV shows are The Simpsons and Family Guy… favorite music artist is Drake… favorite thing about Washington, DC is that it is similar to New York City… dream as a college athlete is to see how far she can get in the sport… greatest athletic influence is her sister… most impressive people she has ever met are her parents.
