Season: 3rd

2013: 1st Team All-ECC in the 4x100M relay event...sprint specialist who had great success in the 100M, 200M and 4x100M relay events...she helped the 4x100m relay to an event championship at the ECC Championships meet with a season-best time of 43.85s...also placed 5th at the ECC's in both the 100M and 200M...ran a season-best 12.87s at the Jim Kehoe Twilight Meet and a 26.69s in the 200M at the ECC's.

2012: Was a member of the third ranked 4x100M relay team in the East Region...also was named to the USTFCCCA All-Region team as part of the 4x100M relay team.

High School: Attended Paul Laurence Dunbar high school and competed in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track. Was coached under Marvin Parker and achieved academic honor roll honors for having a GPA over 3.0.

College: Attended Holy Family University in Philadelphia, PA from 2010-11 and competed in all three running sports for that year.

Personal: Daughter of Todd and Carolyn Amis… two sisters, Aaliyah (17) and Asia (14)… mass media major with a career goal of hosting an entertainment news show or becoming a fashion photographer… hobbies include fashion and shopping… favorite athlete is track star Sanya Richards-Ross… favorite foods are pizza, chicken, and junk food… likes all music.
