Four Women's Track & Field Student-Athletes Earn All-Region Honors

WASHINGTON, DC- Dayna Thompson, Kayla Cooper, Zoe Shaw and Emmanuela Katou Kouami earnd All-Region honors as was announced by the U.S Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.

Thompson received All-Region honors in both the 60m (7.65s) and 200m (24.96s). She ran her best 60m at the Winter Classic and her best 200m at the D2 Pre-Nationals meet.

Shaw earned All-Region honors in the high jump with a mark of 1.60m which she hit twice this season. First at the D2 Pre-Nationals meet and then again at the ECC Indoor Championships. 

Kouami threw a mark of 15.04m in the weight throw to earn her place on the list. She hit this mark at the Cardinal Track and Field meet back in January. 

Cooper was also named to 60m (7.73s) All-Region list, which she hit at the Winter Classic meet earlier this season.
