Simone Grant, 4x400M Relay Team Ranked Regionally

USTFCCCA Regional Rankings

NEW ORLEANS – Junior Simone Grant and the Firebirds 4x400M Relay Team are ranked regionally by the USTFCCCA is this week's regional event-by-event listings.

Grant (Health Education – Bronx, NY/Pelham Prep Academy) is ranked 7th in the East Region in the 200M with a converted flat track time of 25.48s off of her season-best 25.87s running at George Mason's Father Diamond Invitational on January 10th.

The Firebirds' 4x400M Relay team of Grant, senior Jerily Benjamin, Christina Baker and Marlena Wright is also ranked 7th in the East Region. This quartet ran a time of 4:04.14 (4:00.95 cf) at the Terrapin Invitational on January 17th.

UDC is back in action on Friday, January 30th for the Armory Collegiate Invitational in Manhattan, NY.
