2009 Academic: Named to the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Division II All-Academic Track & Field Team.

2009 Indoor: Attained All-American status in the 4x4 Meter Relay at the NCAA National Championships.

2009 Outdoor: Attained All-American Status in the 4x1 Meter Relay at the NCAA National Championships.

High School: Nixon is a 2007 graduate of Cardinal Spellman Senior High School..Participated in Track & Field..State Finalist in 55mH, State Qualifier in 4 x 1, 4 x 2, and 200m as a Junior and Senior.

Personal: Daughter of Eric and Effie Nixon..Has two sisters Elrica and Enrica..Health Education Major..Hobbies include spending time with family and friends.
