UDC Women's Tennis Defeats Salem University 6-1
WASHINGTON, DC- The University of the District of Columbia's women's tennis team bounced back to the win column after defeating Salem University 6-1, Saturday afternoon at the UDC Tennis courts.
The Firebirds swept the doubles point and went on to extend the score 2-0 after Simone Parn won at No.1. The Tigers won at No.2 to bring the score 2-1, before UDC went on to sweep No.3-6.
Up next, UDC (10-6, 3-2 ECC) will host Goldey-Beacom on Wednesday at the UDC Tennis Courts at noon.
