Firebirds ITA East Regional Championships Run Comes to an End on Day 3

FLUSHING, N.Y.- Simoné Pärn and Sofia Bellucco were eliminated from the ITA East Regional Championships after falling in the Round of 16.

After falling 0-6 in the first set to opponent Aynara Ferraz from Franklin Pierce University, Parn fought her way back to take the second set 6-3. She eventually fell 0(3)-1 to miss out on the quarterfinals. 

Parn and Bellucco put up a tought fight but eventually fell 5-7, 4-6 to the duo of Pepper and Simeonova from Le Moyne College
