UDC Women's Tennis Ranked #21 in NCAA Division II ITA Rankings

WASHINGTON, DC- The University of the District of Columbia's women's tennis team was ranked #21 in the ITA's spring national rankings. Simoné Pärn was also ranked 42nd in the country in singles. Pärn is 10-1 on the season at No.1.

The Firebirds (14-0, 7-0 ECC) went undefeated in the fall season, winning the ECC Championship. Carrying their win streak into the Spring season and an automatic bid into the NCAA tournament in May, The Firebirds will host CACC Champions Wilmington (Del.) on Wednesday the 23rd. The tip-off time is set for 1:00 pm.
