Firebird Women at Philadelphia University, Sunday, January 16


The University of the District of Columbia Firebirds Women's Basketball Team will be in action on Sunday, January 16, against the Philadelphia University Rams in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This will be the first meeting of the teams.

The  10-6 Firebirds defeated the Central State University Marauders, 67-54, in their last outing, on January 9. Philadelphia(7-5) lost their last game, 76-61, to Holy Family College on January 11. Game time is 2 p.m. It will be video casted via the internet and  may be accessed through the UDC Athletics web site www.udcfirebirds.com.
