Firebirds Fall 2-5 to Adelphi
QUEENS, N.Y.- The University of the District of Columbia's men's tennis team fell to Adelphi University 2-5, Saturday evening at the Alley Pond Tennis Center.
Adelphi clinched the doubles point after sweeping each game to head into singles play with the 1-0 edge.
Louis Mangeon and Juan Estevez Hernandez picked up the Firebirds two points on the evening, both doing so by winning their tiebreakers at No.1 and 4.
Up Next, UDC (2-8, 0-1 ECC) will host Marymount (Va.), on Tuesday at 1:00 PM.
