Firebirds Edged by Fighting Owls 3-4
WASHINGTON, DC- The University of the District of Columbia's men's tennis team fell to Harford Community College, Sunday afternoon at the UDC Tennis Courts.
UDC came away with the doubles point after picking up wins at No.1 and No.3.
The Owls went on to win the first three matches at No. 1-3, before Juan Estevez Hernandez picked up the first singles win at No.4 and Oskar Karos the second win, at No.5 to even the score 3-3. Harford then clinched the winning point at No.6 to walk away with the victory.
Next Up, UDC (1-5) will host Chestnut Hill next Saturday at the UDC Tennis Courts. Tip-off is set for noon.
