Firebirds Men's Tennis Ranked No. 3 in Latest East Region Poll

INDIANAPOLIS - The University of the District of Columbia men's tennis team was ranked No. 3 in the latest NCAA Division II East Region poll released earlier this week.

The Firebirds, who are 4-0 in the region and against Division II competition, are behind only No. 1 Concordia (NY) and No. 2 Queens (NY) in the region. They are coming off a 6-3 win over East Coast Conference foe Roberts Wesleyan back on March 29th as they head into a pivotal weekend that consists of two very challenging road matches: Saturday at Queens (No. 2 East Region) and Sunday at NYIT (No. 4 East Region).
