Philadelphia University Defeats UDC, 7-2, in Men's Tennis

College Park, MD: February 27, 2010-- The University of the District of Columbia Firebirds Men's Tennis Team fell to the Philadelphia University Rams, 7-2, tonight, at the Tennis Center, in their season opening match. The Firebirds lost all doubles matches but won two singles matches as sophomore Tomas Gajdusek defeated Kyle Burke 6-4, 6-0, and sophomore Mahmut Demirkol defeated Manoli Sgouros 4-6, 6-1, 10-8.
