Men's Soccer Conclude Spring Community Service

WASHINGTON, DC - Last Friday the University of the District of Columbia Men's soccer team concluded their spring community service on campus working at the rooftop gardens of building 44.

Student-Athletes were assigned roles from cultivating to removal of irrigation equipment over three hours under program leader Victoria.

' The rooftop was fun and peaceful. I think some of the players will happily contribute more in their own time.' Said Matt Thompson UDC Men's Soccer Head Coach.

'It is always good to help on campus at worthwhile initiatives that benefit the UDC family as a whole.' Said Danny Wadeson, Men's Assistant.

With the spring season now over the team looks forward to eclipsing last years achievements this forthcoming Fall with many returning to push the program further once more.
