Gebretsanie opened the scoring in the 15th minute, firing a shot from about 20 yards out from the left side after some pretty passing up the field by Salah Warid and Michael Agboola. UDC struck again on a breakaway just under a minute before halftime as Agboola booted in a cross from sophomore forward Kevin Ortez.
