Chase Fraser Earns Second Consecutive ECC Men’s Lacrosse Rookie of the Week Honor

CENTRAL ISLIP, NY – Freshman attack Chase Fraser earned his second consecutive East Coast Conference Men's Lacrosse Rookie of the Week honor for his performance in the week ending March 30th.

Fraser (Elementary Education – Aldergrove, BC/Blue Ridge School) registered four points on three goals and an assist in the Firebirds' loss to No. 10 NYIT on Saturday, March 29th. He took a team-high five shots and put four on goal (80-percent SOG).

Fraser is currently 9th in the ECC in goals scored with 18, and is tied for 1st among ECC freshmen.

The Firebirds (2-5, 1-3 ECC) will visit ECC foe Mercy on Saturday, April 5th.
