Chase Fraser Earns Men’s Lacrosse East Coast Conference Rookie of the Week

CENTRAL ISLIP, NY – Freshman Chase Fraser of the University of the District of Columbia men's lacrosse team earned East Coast Conference Rookie of the Week honors for his performance in the Firebirds' 13-11 victory over Post University on Saturday, March 22nd.

Fraser (Elementary Education – Aldergrove, BC/Blue Ridge School) registered a season-high eight points on six goals and two assists to lead UDC to victory Saturday. He took a game-high 13 shots and put six on goal for a 46.2-percent shot on goal percentage.

Fraser is currently tied for 9th in the ECC in goals scored this season with 15 and is 2nd among freshman. He also ranks 7th in the league in shots and 6th in shots on goal.
