Tevin Curtis Named ECC Player of the Week ; Haye and Morgan Named to Honor Roll

WEST BABYLON, N.Y.- Tevin Curtis was named the ECC's final Player of the Week and Hartnel Haye and Eric Morgan Jr were named to the final Honor Roll.

Curtis averaged 17.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and 2.5 steals per game in a 2-0 week for the Firebirds. In the 81-72 win over Queens, the UDC guard posted 17 points, nine rebounds, three steals and two assists, and in the 85-75 win over Molloy, Curtis scored 17 points, seven rebounds, five assists, and two steals.

Haye averaged 15.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, 2.0 steals and 2.0 assists per game in a 2-0 week for the Firebirds. In the 85-75 win over Molloy, he posted a double-double off 20 points and 10 rebounds, while making four steals and dishing out two assists. He also shot 73.2 percent from the field this week.

Morgan, Jr. averaged 20.0 points and 5.5 rebounds in a 2-0 week for the Firebirds. In the 81-72 win over Queens, he shot 40 percent from the field to post a game-high 19 points while pulling six rebounds. In the 85-75 win over Molloy, he shot at 42.9 percent from the field to post another game-high 21 points while pulling five rebounds.
