2012-13: Appeared in 24 games and started in 14...averaged 6.3 points and 3.8 rebounds per-game...notched five double-figure scoring games, including a season-high 14 points vs. Bridgeport (1/30)...also had a season-high 11 rebounds vs. Roberts Wesleyan (12/15)...shot a team-best 52.7 percent from the field.

2011-12: Appeared in 24 games as a reserve guard...averaged 12.5 minutes played, 2.9 points and 2.8 rebounds per-contest...recorded a double-double with season-highs of 16 points and 14 rebounds vs. IU Kokomo (11/20).

High School: Pontens is a 2011 graduate of Cheshire Academy...played basketball and track and field...received Team MVP for both basketball and track and field.
