Men's Basketball Ends 2005-06 Season

Johnstown, PA-  The University of the District of Columbia Men’s Basketball team completed an exciting, but frustrating season at the end of February 2006, with a 1-22 record. Though this record does not highlight the level of passion and heart that the Firebirds displayed, it should be noted that the players and coaches maintained unity throughout a plethora of obstacles.

The 2006 Basketball season served as a season of renewal. The return of the Basketball and other athletic programs after a year of absence was a major triumph for many athletes and personnel associated with the University of the District of Columbia's Program.
