This Week in Athletics 2/27-3/5
WASHINGTON, DC- Busy week in UDC Athletics as six teams will be competing.
Last Week's Recap- Men's basketball secured a hosting spot in the conference tournament quarterfinals after defeating Roberts Wesleyan at home. This marks the first time since the 2015-16 season that they will host a tournament game. The women's basketball team also defeated Roberts Wesleyan and ended the regular seasonw itht the most wins (15) since the 2015-16 season. Destiny Ryles was named the ECC Player of the week for the third time this season and Hartnel Haye, Michael Aiken, Carnell Lofton Jr., Najee Wilsona and Latavia Jackson were all named to the ECC weekly honor roll.
