Nyack, N.Y- The University of the District of Columbia women's Lacrosse team fell to Nyack College on Tuesday afternoon at the Moseley field.
Amy Rock scored UDC's first goal of the game, assisted by Kianna Franklin. Rock also led her team winning five draw controls. The Firebirds fought but was not able to score another goal in the first half.
UDC's next and final goal would come from Don'nasia Factory, making this her second goal of the season. After a tough game, the Firebirds eventually fell to Nyack 19-2.
Senior Kelsey Greene, Amy Rock and Vanessa Valentine will have their Senior Day on, Saturday March 30. The game will start at 12:00PM at the UDC Field against St. Thomas Aquinas College.
