Season: 3rd

2013-2014: Ran the 400m, 500m, and the 800m for the Firebirds...came in second in the 500m at the East Coast Conference Championships with a time of 1:21.05 to make it onto the 1st Team All-East Coast Conference...ran a season-best in the 800m at the Terrapin Invitation (1/18) with a time of 2:26.48 to set the high-mark on the team.

2012-13: 1st Team All-East Coast Conference in the 500M run...also ran season-bests of 61.14 in the 400M at the Patriot Games (1/26), 1:42.41 in the 600M at the Christopher Newport Invitational (12/8) and a 27.34 in the 200M at the Terrapin Invite (1/19).

2011-12: Ran a season best 1:04.52 in the 400 meter dash at the Christopher Newport Invitational. 

High School: Mais is a 2009 graduate of St. Andrew High School where she participated in track and field… ran the 400m and 800m where she was coached by Mr. Bolt.

Personal: Daughter of Neville and Joanne Mais... has one brother, Kevaughn (18), and one sister, Tina-Kaye(17) ... mass media-TV production major with a career goal of becoming a TV/Movie director and script writer… hobbies include listening to music, reading, and watching TV… other sports she enjoys to watch or play are netball, swimming, football, and soccer… favorite athletes are Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, Veronica Cambell-Brown, Michael Frater, and Usain Bolt… favorite food is rice & peas and baked chicken… favorite TV shows are Once Upon A Time and Revenge Grim… favorite music genres are R&B, soul, gospel, and dance hall music… favorite website is Google… reason for choosing UDC was the given opportunity to run track… favorite thing about UDC is the location of the school… greatest athletic experience was running in the Penn Relays Carnival in HS… dream as a college athlete is to make it to every nationals possible… greatest athletic influence is Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce.
