Flushing, N.Y- The University of the District of Columbia women's lacrosse team fell to ECC foe Queens College on Saturday afternoon at the Knights field in Flushing N.Y.

Jada Foy had a season and career high of 20 saves against the Knights. Foy is also ranked first in the conference with 122 saves.

Kianna Franklin led the Firebirds with her third hat trick of the season, scoring three goals in the first half of the game. Franklin took five shots and made 100% of the shots that were on goal. She currently leads the Firebirds this season with 14 points. Rebekah Clements led the Firebirds with seven ground balls.

Despite some top performances, the Firebirds eventually fell to the Knights 21-3.

The Firebirds are back in action on Wednesday April 10, against Davis and Elkins.
