Season: 3rd

2015-16: Sat out due to injury.

2014-15: Competed in 28 games and started in 21...averaged 6.5 points, 2.4 assists, 1.4 steals, and 26.0 minutes played per-game...3rd on the team in assists with 67 and 3rd on the team in steals with 39.

2013-2014: Competed in 27 games for the Firebirds and started five games...averaged 19.4 minutes per-game in her first season with UDC...finished 4th on the team in scoring with 6.1 points per-game and 3rd on the team in assists with 1.6 assists per-game...hauled in 2.1 rebounds per-game...led the team with 1.5 assists per turnover...scored in double digits four times on the year...finished with a season-high 18 points in a win against Mercy (1/30)...collected a season-high four assists against Caldwell (12/3) and Bridgeport (2/10).

2011-12 (@ Chesapeake): Played in 21 games and was featured in the offense scoring an average of 16.8 points per game…Shantrel shot 43-percent on field goals…she averaged about three steals per-game while only giving up an average of 1.7 turnovers.

High School:  Led her team to a 25-2 record during her senior year and earned Player of the Year honors…team won District 5 Championship...she finished senior year with a total of 1,136 career points.

Personal: Daughter of Ricky Oliver and Cheryl Oliver...majoring in Criminal Justice and has two sisters, Patrice and Tashae...during free time, Shantrel enjoys listening to music, spending time with her family, and playing Xbox360…she also enjoys watching her favorite athletes LeBron James and Dwyane Wade...chose UDC because it is close to home and her family can come to see her play.
