Washington, DC- The University of the District of Columbia's men's soccer team fell to St Thomas Aquinas, Saturday afternoon at the UDC Field.
It was a tough first half for the Firebirds as they conceded four goals to the Spartans, not able to land the ball in the back of the net.
Second half saw UDC out scoring STAC 9-3, but still falling short on the follow through. The Spartans were able to land one more goal to end the game and shut out the Firebirds 5-0.
UDC (4-9, 2-3 ECC) will take a break from Conference play to host East Stroudsburg on October 22ndat 1:00PM on the UDC Field.
