High School: A lacrosse and football player out of Paint Branch high school, Garrin was a two time Division Champion, 2013 Regional Champion, captain, Chief Petty Officer in NJROTC as a sophomore.

Personal: Son of Stacee Black-Clarke...Information Technology major...Garrin has a younger brother named Jelani Clarke...hobbies include sports, music, radio control cars, helicopters and planes...other sport he enjoy playing/watching is basketball...favorite athletes are Myron Flowers, Stefon Diggs, Ray Lewis and John Wall...favorite foods are rice, pizza, french fries and broccoli..favorite movies are Like Mike, Drumline, Lilo & Stitch and Juice...favorite music artists are Fat Trel, Kodak Black, Shy Glizzy and 21 Savage...favorite websites are youtube and Netflix...chose UDC because he felt the love from the minute he spoke to Coach Colbert...favorite things about UDC and District of Columbia are the city, living, apartments instead of dorms and it's close to home...greatest athletic experience is being one of the highest ranked football teams in the country and state for football...most wins in a season in Paint Branch lacrosse history...greatest athletic influence is Greg Jolles, he concvinced Garrin that he would play in college...most impressive he's ever met is Myron Flowers...chose number 24 because he knew he could always wear it...strangest superstition habit on gameday is using the same bathroom before getting on the bus or going on the field...dream as a student-athlete is winning some sort of championship...career goals are winning the East Coast Conference Championship and making a tournament appearance.
